BIAS, Inc. today began shipping SoundSoap Pro – the high-end audio restoration plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows XP, aimed at professional audio producers, engineers, musicians, sound designers, videographers, and forensic scientists. Along with the company’s highly successful SoundSoap (targeted at entry-level users, and nominated for the prestigious TEC award), BIAS now provides noise reduction solutions for users at all levels.

With version 2.2 Steinberg offers a free maintenance update for its Nuendo Media Production System as well as its Music Production Systems Cubase SX and Cubase SL .
In addition to several standard maintenance fixes and changes, this version also introduces new and improved hardware controller support, as well as three brand-new virtual instruments and effects.
All three 2.2 version updates are available online as a free software update. The Cubase SL 2.2 version includes the same new features and fixes with the exception of the additional plug-ins, which are exclusive to Nuendo and Cubase SX.
