Cakewalk today announces a maintenance release for SONAR 5, the definitive audio production environment on the Windows platform. The SONAR 5.0.1 maintenance release for both 32-bit and native x64 versions of SONAR 5 Producer Edition and SONAR 5 Studio Edition is now available as free a download for registered SONAR 5 customers.

Phoscyon is a great Acid-Line synthesizer (particularly untypical low pass filters with 18db/oct dumping and constant resonance amplitude in the whole frequency domain). D16 equipped it with an arpeggiator – irreplaceable in electronic music and integrated, perfectly fitted distortion effect, which without Acid music practicly does not exist.

djDecks is a computer mixing program for both beginning and professional djs. You can mix your mp3, ogg, wma and wav files easily on any configuration. djDecks has recently been updated to version v.0.7.0b. The 2 major fixes are id3v2 tags not being saved and a problem with some directsound modes. Besides this, some other small improvements and bug fixes have been made.
