If there is a list of people contributing to the evolution of electronic music, like an ‘electronic music hall of fame’, then this man definitely will be on it! Monsieur Jean-Michel Jarre! Especially his first albums were, to me personally, a revolution, an epiphany, an instant love for electronic music. Maybe even one of the reasons I ended up here at Gearjunkies. These sounds from these electronic boxes were just … awesome! Sounds I never had heart before.

Originally released as an app for iPhone and iPad, this drum synth is coming to your desktop (PC and MAC). Now you can take presets you’ve made on your iPhone or iPad and load them up in your host sequencer of choice on your Mac or PC with full access to all parameters.

Denon DJ DN-MC6000 – Video Overview

The Denon DN-MC6000 is a dedicated Traktor controller and digital mixer. Cased in solid steel it has excellent build quality and can be used to control other DVS systems via midi. The DN-MC6000 comes bundled with Traktor LE and works with both Mac and PC systems. If there is a direct competitor out there that will give the Native Instrumenst S4 Kontrol a run for their money it should be this DN-MC6000 controller.
