Lexicon Model 200
Large images ..
Very early digital reverb that's got lots of grain and lots of funk. Becoming more and more sought after as you can't really 'emulate' it with a plugin. Sounds agricultural soloed but seems to work well in a mix - like everything else good and expensive. Sure there are cleaner and better reverbs out there, but none with as much character.
Extended information
The Lexicon Model 200 is easy to work, no flashy remote or tons of parameters. You select the reverb type, press the PGM button and then the program number of the reverb you wish to use.
Programs are written on the front panel: 1 halls, 2 plates, etc... Plates on this unit are supposed to be excellent!... To change reverb time, turn the 'Reverb Time' control, to adjust pre-delay, rotate the 'Pre-Delay' control, to adjust room-size, rotate the 'Size' control, etc etc... pretty easy, everything on fron simply marked.
