The VF 11 is an analog 11-band vocoder with combined filterbank functions and fantastic sound characteristics.
Extended information
The days of simple voice-distortion are over. It's so easy to use and full of various functions, that you can just let your creativity flow.
You can develope robot voices, change the pitch, turn a single voice into a group or recreate the unique vocal sounds used by famous bands like ELO and Kraftwerk.
Vibrato and phaser effects, frequency-selective distortion and drumloops are a snap.
According to "Solo" 1/97: "The VH 11 is in a class of its own as far as vocoders in multi-effect devices go and leaves its analog competitors like Korg VC-10 and Roland SVC-350 far behind."
According to "Keys" 4/97: "The VF 11 is a missing link - there's nothing else like it on the market. If you really want to know about vocoders, take a look at the VF 11."
According to "Keyboards" 9/97: "The Vf 11 was convincing on all levels of the test ..."
