The AD-8000 8-channel 24-bit A/D features a proprietary card interface allowing it to connect to most current digital systems. There are optional cards for various formats including ADAT, TDIF, SDIF-II (DASH), AES/EBU, as well as analog input/output. It allows for transparent format conversion between any of the installed interfaces, and optional 2- and 8-channel D/A cards are also available. The AD-8000 also utilizes Apogee's patented Low-Jitter Clock to minimize input jitter. A perfect partner for those with a need for the best in high quality precision audio.
