If you want subtractive, additive, monophonic, duophonic, polyphonic, multiple oscillator waveforms, multiple LFO types, multiple filter types, multiple triggering modes, keyboard velocity response, integrated effects, an arpeggiator, filter overdrive, programming immediacy, a hefty patch library and the capability of producing a vast and varied range of sublime tonal textures, then the impOSCar really could be the only virtual synth you need!
Extended information
This is a bold claim, we know, but such has been the response to the impOSCar and our belief in it's ability to produce the highest quality sounds across an extensive tonal range, that it might not be so fanciful after all! Lush pads, searing leads, fat 'ballsy' basses, percussive rhythms, melodic arpeggiations, abstract soundscapes and harmonic bells are all easily attainable via it's immediately accessible parameter set. If you are a professional we think you will be astounded by the depth and musicality of this instrument. Alternatively, if you are new to synthesis the impOSCar is the ideal instrument to cut your teeth on. The impOSCar ships with sounds from many original OSCar users including: Billy Currie (Ultravox), Mark Moore (S-Express) Rick Smith (Underworld), Lee Groves (Basement Jaxx, Terminalhead), Tim Dorney (Republica) and Paul Wiffen, original OSCar sound designer and OSCar programmer to Stevie Wonder and Jean Michel Jarre.
The Imposcar is a virtual instrument developped by GForce.
