 D16 Group Available from 11/28/2005 until 11/30/1999

Phoscyon is a virtual instrument (made with VSTi technology), which emulates sound of famous nowdays analogue synthesizer. It's equipped in many options, which are expanding possibilities of an orginal synth. It's very attractive equipment and surly it should be found on disk of every good musician or arranger.

Extended information

It has characteristic sound which is irreplacable in many cases and even more famous modular synthesizers can't immitate it - with more advanced construction.

Phoscyon was created by us mainly for musicians who compose modern electronic music and especially music comming from techno style. So it's: acid, house, drum and base or ambient.

Phoscyon is great Acid-Line synthesizer (particularly untypical low pass filters with 18db/oct dumping and constant resonance amplitude in the whole frequency domain). We equipped it with arpeggiator - irreplaceable in electronic music and integrated, perfectly fitted distortion effect, which without Acid music practicly doesn't exist.

Comments from User studios

  • Sick basterd this one very very very nice!!!! (My small home studio studio)
  • Ahh... This plugin makes me smile :) The TB-303 lives up to the name of being a Transistor Bass... The D16 Group has captured the most of it in this software package! I don't own the real thing, but I'm sure this isn't far from it. One could say that the Phoscyon comes "pre-modded" with the Devilfish mod, and there is lots of stuff you can do with it. (CyberKenny Home Studio studio)
  • Picked one up for a bargain price. It's worth it just for the awesome built-in distortion. (Flemmpire Productions studio)
