Roland was a proud participant in Madonnas 2004 Re-Invention Tour. Now the pop queen has returned to the road with an all-new show for 2006. Keyboardist Marcus Brown teamed with Roland and Bruce Forat to create a one-of-a-kind Roland synth rig for the tour.
V-Motions is a unique sound library for Roland V-Synth and V-Synth XT synthesizers. It has been carefully designed from the ground up taking all the advantages these amazing instruments offer, including analog modeling, VariPhrase processing, polyphonic COSM blocks, envelope, ring and FM modulators, as well as step modulators and multi-effects.
V-Lectric is a next-generation sound library for Roland V-Synth and V-Synth XT synthesizers. It brings rhythm creation to a new level with tons of drum and percussion sounds launched into a unique synthesis environment where nothing is static.
Named the “Synthesizer of the Year” at the recent International Press Awards, Roland’s groundbreaking V-Synth now has a travel-friendly offspring. The XT is a portable new V-Synth with some spectacular tricks up its sleeves — and with enough synthesis and audio-processing power to make heads spin. It’s fully stocked with a potent array of synthesis types, including the V-Synth’s famous Elastic Audio Synthesis engine, plus analog-synth modeling, vocal modeling, and classic D-50 emulation. Add to that a rich lineup of COSM® effects, external audio processing, a touch-sensitive color display, eight universal edit knobs, and you have an instrument that redefines rack/tabletop technology.
…No, I am not gonna say: I told you so……
The new V Synth XT is a rackversion from the Vsynth.
We do not know specs from this new synth, but we guess they will be similar as the key version.
