This is one of those posts we rather wouldn't have to write, but sadly we got some information that another gear company went into bankrupcy. According to the Austin, TX news paper the Statesman, on august 4 2010, all assets of Open Labs, Inc. consisting primarily of the patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other IP associated with the most Open Labs products will be sold at a public foreclosure sale.
