Here’s some news that will make Mac EDM music makers very happy indeed. Although still in beta form, the new native 64bit AU and VST versions of Sylenth 1 seem stable and ready to be released. Lennar Digital have decided their customers should no longer have to wait, so it’s available for download right now! This version will work in all 64bit hosts, such as Logic Pro X, Ableton Live and Cubase Pro 8. No additional bit-bridges (such as 32Lives or jBridgeM) are required.
Eagle-eyed users of the previous version, will also notice a GUI revamp, which is much more modern and up-to-date. Existing customers can download this version via MENU → “Check for updates” in Sylenth1. However, Windows users will have to wait, though it’s said to be ready soon!
