SuperMegaUltraGroovy Showcase Capo 3 Music App at NAMM

At the coming (Winter) NAMM, SuperMegaUltraGroovy will be showcasing Capo 3, a multi-award-winning app for the Mac that allows guitarists and other musicians to learn songs in their iTunes libraries faster and more accurately.

Learn to Play Your Favorite iTunes Songs

Capo 3 imports any song from an iTunes library, automatically detects its chords, and shows users how to play them in chord boxes. It will slow down the tempo without changing pitch, and it can also transpose the song to any key with a simple pitch slider. Optional metronome, looping, tablature creation and much more make Capo 3 an amazing tool for beginning students, teachers and professional musicians.

During the NAMM Show, SuperMegaUltraGroovy will demonstrate Capo 3 and host informal training sessions and Q&A with guitarists Pete Thorn [Chris Cornell, Courtney Love, Melissa Etheridge] and Brandon Bush [Sugarland, Train, Kristian Bush].

Pete Thorn is excited to appear at NAMM and says: “Capo is an invaluable learning tool. I use it to loop hard phrases, and slow them down with very few artifacts, making them easy to master!” Brandon Bush adds, “I’m going to use Capo a lot throughout my career as a music director. It gives me the tool to not only speak to guitarists, but speak to everybody on stage and say, ‘Here are the chords…and if you need to slow it down to half-time to learn it, there’s your tool.’”

Watch the video below to learn how Capo helps Brandon and his brother Kristian Bush in the studio and on the road.
