Well kinda. Of course they have their own Kore controller. Their next venture into hardware would be a ‘next-generation’ groovebox machine. Conveniently called MASCHINE.

SPL launches Analog Code TwinTube plug-in at Winter NAMM
SPL launched their new Analog Code plug-in line at the last AES with the Transient Designer and the Ranger set of EQs. Now the German company adds the third plug-in with the release of the TwinTube at the NAMM 2009. All Analog Code plug-ins are modeled after analog hardware processors, and in this case the TwinTube processor of SPL’s RackPack modular system has been the paragon.

Tomorrow NAMM 2009, the music manufacturers’ US trade show will kick off. This year will probably be more interesting then ever. With the world’s economy in a less then good shape, manufacturers will have to make extra efforts the coming year(s). Will they introduce new products or … will they hold off new gear because they wanna monitor the economy first and see where we are going with this issue?
