Applied Acoustics Systems releases Plastic Pop – a synthpop from the Eighties sound bank for the Ultra Analog VA-1 and AAS Player plug-ins.

The 127 presets of Plastic Pop muse back at arpeggio, bass, effect, lead, and pad sounds of the 80s. Included are analog and digital favorites from the Juno, DX7, Wavestation, and D-50 as well as guitar synths, the TX81Z’s LatelyBass, and of course the Honkytonk sound! ABOUT ANDRE ETTEMA
Composer/sound designer Andre Ettema is specialized in audio design and sound programming for artists and picture. Ettema has been working closely with Junkie XL and collaborated as additional audio designer and synthesizer programmer for a lot of film and game scores. Credits include work for Scissor Sisters, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, and soundtracks for EA games SSX Blur and Need for Speed Prostreet. Two years ago he founded AME Music, a company specialized in music synchronization and audio branding for commercials and TV, providing audio design for brands like Audi, Lexus, and British Airways.
