Starting in the UK, the legendary producer/engineer comes to Strongroom Studios in support of the new Waves plug-in bundle, The Eddie Kramer Collection. Waves Audio has announced The Eddie Kramer Experience, the newest events in its ongoing Waves Masters on Tour series.
It will feature legendary producer/engineer Eddie Kramer, along with Waves Product Specialists, in events discussing, demonstrating and celebrating Waves’ powerful new plug-in bundle, The Eddie Kramer Collection. Kramer will be discussing recording techniques, vintage analogue gear and today’s plug-in models, as well as sharing anecdotes from his four decades in the industry and answering questions about classic analogue gear and the new digital emulations. The tour will take Kramer to several cities across the U.S. and Europe and will arrive at London’s Strongroom Studio on October 6th.
Over the course of a production and engineering career that spans more than four decades, Eddie Kramer was the man behind the board for some of the biggest names in music history, including Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, The Beatles, David Bowie and many more. The Eddie Kramer Collection, the result of close collaboration between Kramer and Waves’ R&D team, is made up of five application-specific plug-ins, with dedicated tools for guitar, drums, vocals, bass and effects.
