Version 1.5.3 of Extreme for Mac OS X has been released. Extreme has got the same changes as we have recently implemented for Ambient Keys and Industrial Tones. It includes fixes for Snow Leopard and Logic 9 and we have moved to an Intel only codebase with optimizations for Intel processors, Power PC isn’t supported any longer. In addition, all soundpacks that used to be optional are now included.
The plugin has been tested on Snow Leopard and Logic 9 (plus a few more hosts and, of course, Apple’s Audio Unit validation tool). The new version also includes the three soundpacks which used to be optional. Version 1.5.3 for Mac OS X requires Snow Leopard and an Intel Mac.
