Roland CR- 8000 with Tubbutec niPulse in 8 minutes

The Roland CR-8000 is an analog drum machine from the early 1980s, 1980s to be precise. In appearance it is reminiscent of the CR-78, and the sound resembles the TR-808

In this video you get an extensive sound demo and Stefan explains how the CR-8000 works. This CompuRhythm drum machine has been modified with the Tubbutec uniPulse universal drum machine midi interface.

With the uniPulse you can control the CR-8000 via MIDI, and you can also, as we show you in this video, program and control it with the Arturia Beatstep Pro.
