These are the releases we have encountered this week on the Loops and Samples front. Just like the quality of the audio software we use these days the quality of the content we use (loops and samples) equally matches the high standards of this software. Below is this weeks selection.
Nick from Serato remixes a hip hop classic on the fly using The Bridge software, an Akai APC-40, and a few Novation Dicers. Ableton and Serato bridge the gap between music production and DJing with The Bridge. The Bridge requires Serato Scratch Live 2.1.1 and Ableton Live/Suite 8.2 or above.

The video has been set to private (all of a sudden by Pioneer) but our good friend Karl Detken has posted it on his Youtube account as well. So here it is! Watch how James Zabiela and Nic Fanciulli demonstrate this new mixer by Pioneer.

Officially we can expect the whole ‘shabang’ (product details and images) tomorrow (17th february) but today already an image leaked onto the internet. Like Pioneer mentioned this new mixer will bring the ProDJ Link and Rekordbox to a new level. Just to be clear, we assume that the picture below is of the new DJM-900NXS. However the origin of the picture is unknown so we can’t be 100% sure, but it sure looks like the mixer shown in the original teaser video by Pioneer.
