YOU can watch Reason 4 on the TUBE

As you might have noticed Propellerheads software released the long-awaited version 4 of Reason this week. The main new features of Reason 4 are: Thor, a multi-synthesis synthesizer with six oscillator types, four different filters, a step sequencer and a modulation matrix. Fully routable. Fully automatable. Fully everything. RPG-8, a monophonic arpeggiator with multiple play modes, an insert function and a pattern section. And then some. Reason’s new revamped sequencer now features multiple track lanes, vector automation, dedicated device tracks, clips, count-in and more. A lot more. Regroove, a realtime, 32-channel timing and groove handling mixer. Applies non-destructive, freely editable grooves to Reason’s sequencer tracks.

Sugar Bytes updates Artillery to version 2.0.2.

Sugar Bytes has updated Artillery to version 2.0.2. The Artillery Effect Keyboard comes with 28 innovative effects and incredible possibilities. The concept is simple but effective: Effects are assigned to keyzones and triggered with MIDI notes. That way you can perform incredible Effect sequences, or put effects in certain places, live or in studio.

Allen & Heath releases XONE:VF-1

Allen and Heath released another addition to the XONE product family. The XONE:VF-1 is a high quality, 1U rack analogue filter unit equipped with a wide range of input and output connectors, which features an enhanced version of the legendary XONE Filter circuits.
An RIAA preamp version – the Xone VF-1R – enabling direct connection to turntables, is also available.

Reason 4 has arrived!

After much anticipation Reason 4 has finally arrived.
