New Stanton SC System 3 video featuring Richard Devine

Stanton has just released a new video featuring DJ/Producer extraordinaire Richard Devine unlocking the potential of their new SC System 3 controller solution with Traktor. The setup consists of two SCS.3d controllers used like turntables, in conjunction with the newest addition to the SC System 3 series, the soon to be released SCS.3m mix controller.

The SCS.3m controller features a built-in powered USB hub, so it can easily be connected to one or more SCS.3d controllers, offering up a high tech version of a full traditional DJ setup- without weight, size and connectivity issues. Together, the system provides a completely mobile and compact MIDI control rig that allows DJs to plug and play anywhere in the world. While the SCS.3m comes with Traktor LE, special custom presets for other popular DJ applications are also available for free download on the Stanton website.

In the new video, Richard shows off some skillful performance techniques and discusses the features that the SC System 3 allows him to take advantage of during his live DJ set, and in the studio as a producer.

Richard Devine is an Atlanta based DJ/Producer who has remixed top artists, has released 4 full-length albums on Schematic, Warp, Asphodel, and Sublight records, and has performed his own ear-tearing music mayhem worldwide. He has done film score work for major productions, collaborations with artists such as BT and Trent Reznor, compositions and sound design for major corporations, mainstream video games, and audio companies.
