New NI KORE SOUNDPACK explores future sound technologies

Native Instruments has just released REAKTOR ANIMATED CIRCUITS, a new KORE SOUNDPACK that explores the world of complex self-generating soundscapes, textures and rhythms. Powered by several highly advanced REAKTOR-based sound generators including the innovative “Spiral” sequencer, REAKTOR ANIMATED CIRCUITS provides a literally endless resource of unique atmospheric sound material for various electronic music styles, movie and game scoring, art projects, and more.

Flux Solera now available in version II

Solera has been improved to reflect the last evolution of our algorithms which have been enhanced during the Alchemist development. Now, it features an external side chain management. Hysteresis Threshold, Max hysteresis, Hold, Detection Mode, Dynamic Profile, and a variable knee soft clipper are the new implemented features. Note also that this serious upgrade is free of charge for every Flux plug-in user.

MOTU MX4 updated to version 2.2.

MX4 version 2.2 is now available as a free download for all registered MX4 version 2 users. Version 2.2 takes full advantage of DP6’s instrument pre-rendering. You will be amazed at the number of instances of MX4 you can run in DP6 with virtually no hit on your host computer’s CPU. Together MX4 and DP6 deliver an incredible combination of music making power and control.

TC Electronic annouces Powercore 6000

TC Electronic announces a new addition to the PowerCore platform: PowerCore 6000. By combining TC Electronic’s System 6000 algorithms with its PowerCore platform users now get the ultimate studio tool for their DAWs. PowerCore 6000 will be available at the end of October 2008 for a suggested price of EUR 2650 ex. VAT.
