Propellerheads looking for Mac-Intel beta testers

Propellerhead software today announces a version of Reason with native support for Intel based Mac computers. This version of Reason, called 3.0.5, offers full compatibility with Apples new Intel based computers but does not add any other new features to the program. Beta testing of the new version is planned to start in the week beginning March 20th.

Digidesign shipping news

Digidesign is pleased to announce that the Hybrid high-definition synthesizer plug-in is now shipping. Developed by the Digidesign Advanced Instrument Research group, Hybrid is a high-definition software synthesizer for Pro Tools systems that combines the warmth of classic analog waveforms with digital wavetables to produce everything from traditional synth sounds to modern digital textures never heard before.
