iPhone and DJ controller support announced with DJ-1800 v3.1

DJ-1800 v3.1 launches today with significant new features and enhancements to the acclaimed professional DJ software for Mac.

v3.1 adds iPhone support, enabling DJs to mix music stored on any iPhone or iPod Touch. In addition, v3.1 adds support for new DJ controllers from Denon, Numark and M-Audio, and enables users to create their own plug-ins for any hardware controller.

DJ-1800 version 3.1 also includes the following new features:
– A new mid-range EQ control
– User-definable Low, Mid and Hi EQ ranges of up to -20 dB / +12 dB
– Support for the Denon DN-HC4500, M-Audio X-Session Pro, Numark DMC2, Numark iCDX and Numark Total Control
– Many other improvements and fixes

A fully-featured demo of DJ-1800 is available to download from www.dj1800.com, with the full version of v3.1 retailing at $80. Users who have previously bought DJ-1800 v1 or v2 can upgrade to version 3.1 for $20. v3.1 is a free upgrade for users of v3.0.
