Ditto is a creative delay effect, using randomised tempo-sync modulation to provide a constantly changing but musical delay effect. You can randomise the delay time, feedback and filter cut-off, with independent left and right channel modulation if you wish. Reverse delay can also be randomly set to change things up even more.
Cubic Carrot has updated its BPM analysing software Beat Counter (also known as BPM Music Analyzer) to version 4. The software provides completely automatic beats-per-minute detection using computational music analysis algorithms. Analyzes your collection of music files and writes the resulting BPM value to the ID3v2 tag.

Often we get software offered for reviews and just plain ‘checking out’. Last year we got offered Vegas Pro software. Not sure what to expect, and kind of curious, we installed it here at the office. If you are still not sure what Vegas is, it is a software suite for video. And as we (I) am more into the audio side of things, it was not quite clear what to expect from this software. We made Gearjunkies videos before but with simple ‘freeware’ software. Doing a thorough review would be silly as we don’t have the ‘video technology know-how’. So I decided to take on a ‘project’.
