Renowned techno DJ and producer, Gayle San, has adopted the Xone:DB4 as her mixer of choice for touring and production work. Gayle San started DJing 18 years ago with vinyl, then progressed to CDs, and most recently her set up is digital, originally based around the Xone:4D and now the new Xone:DB4 mixer and Xone:K2 controller.
Allen & Heath will be releasing new firmware updates for the Xone:DB4 and Xone:DB2 digital FX mixers, and the Xone:K2 MIDI controller. Previewing at the BPM show, the new software provides enhanced FX sections and configuration for the DB4 and DB2 mixers, and greater integration between the DB4 and the K2 controller.
Space Club in Ibiza recently held its summer season opening night, installing three of Allen & Heath’s industry standard Xone:92 mixers in the main room to fulfil the rider request of a majority of the performing DJs.
