Digidesign announces Hybrid and Strike Upgrades

Digidesign today announced significant updates for two of the most popular virtual instruments created by the company’s acclaimed Advanced Instrument Research (A.I.R.) group. Hybrid, the high-definition synthesizer, and Strike, the award-winning virtual drummer plug-in, have each received important new features and dramatic content expansions for 2008.

Audio Ease Snapper – It is coming!

For over a year now (almost), Snapper is being expected throughout the Mac (audio) community. Audio Ease have put up a web page explaining the features of this audio application. Furthermore they let us know that Snapper is being released this coming wednesday, january 23. Snapper will be available for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or higher at a price of Euro 59 ($79).

New products from SM Pro Audio

At this year’s NAMM, SM Pro Audio released several new additions to their product line. The new HP6E multi-channel headphone amplifier, the PR8DS remote controllable multi-channel microphone preamplifier and the new iNano passive volume control are being showcased at the NAMM 2008.
