Propellerhead adds AudioCopy and WIST support to Figure App

Figure, Propellerhead’s best selling music app for iPhone and iPod touch, now supports AudioCopy and WIST. Users can paste their Figure tracks into other iOS Apps with AudioCopy. WIST lets two people jam together by syncing apps running on different iOS devices. Available immediately as a free update, Figure 1.2 also adds several other user requested features as well as language localization in Chinese, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

Allen & Heath will launch the XB-10 at PLASA, an ultra-compact broadcast mixer designed for a range of applications from small radio or internet broadcast studios, to college and university radios, podcasting and content creation. Based on the larger XB-14, the XB-10 has 3 mic/line and 3 stereo inputs and equipped with a similar range of features specifically designed for broadcasters, including a telephone communication channel, mic channel on switch sensing, stereo channel start/cue outputs for CD deck transport control, and automatic muting of speaker outputs.

From now on, … no-one is allowed to ever complain again (ever!) on a GUI or lay out that isn’t good enough for you. Watch the video and you will understand why we are saying this. The video below is really amazing and for us inspiring. Why? Well because this kid, Zachary Bennoui Taibi shows us how to make beats (and a song) with Propellerhead Reason. Maybe this isn’t that amazing at all, you think. There are lots of young talents showing the older generation (us) a thing or two when it comes to music production. However the story continues, because Zachary is blind! With the help of a screen reader for the blind he uses Reason faster then I do. Really, this is truly amazing and wonderful to watch.

All CueMix-equipped MOTU interfaces are supported, including current and legacy models.
