Fantastic news for all the gearjunkies and gearheads outthere! Roland is returning one of his legend instruments, the TR-808 drummachine. For now they haven’t released much information yet, but yesterday they released this video below and are very clear about it that there will be a comeback for the TR-808. The new name will be AIRA.

Electro-Harmonix releases logarithmic overdriver – the Lumberjack
With the new Lumberjack, Electro-Harmonix set out to rethink overdrive pedal design and this logarithmic OD breaks all of the rules to deliver distortion with a character that’s uniquely EHX. A standard overdrive pedal reacts predictably in that the distortion it delivers goes up linearly in direct response to the guitarist’s volume and playing dynamics.
