ARTURIA will unveil version 1.0 of Origin Keyboard, the keyboard version of its first Hardware Synthesizer, Origin. This keyboard lets you perform and create your music with a new level of dynamism, control and ergonomics.
Tone2 FilterBank3.2 and BiFilter v2.2 released
Tone2 has released two updated versions of their plugins. First one is the complete VST synthesizer and a flexible multi-effect unit, Filterbank 3. Second update is for the high-end quality stereo filter module BiFilter2.

Stanton launches new tabletop CD player [update]
Stanton has announced the release of the C.324, the companys newest slot loading tabletop CD player for the professional DJ. The product will be on display for the first time at this weeks NAMM Show in Anaheim.
AAS Strum Acoustic just around the corner
“Can’t learn the guitar in time for your deadline. Your favorite session player is out of town. Romplers are not quite there. Strum is the just-right solution.” With these words Applied Acoustics introduces us to their new Strum Acoustic GS-1 Guitar Plug-in Synthesizer. Without giving away more details AAS says Strum Acoustic will be out by the end of 2008’s first quarter, when more details will be revealed.

ARTURIA announces version 1.2 of the Prophet V
The virtual emulation offered in the Prophet V is an exact replica of the original instrument and uses the same subtractive synthesis model. Subtractive synthesis refers to the filtering of sounds in a specific way in order to create harmonically rich waveforms and new timbres.
