Gearjunkies Interview with Mason on DJing and Producing

Mason! Maybe Hollands ‘best kept Secret’, … till now, as we are pretty much certain that they are lining up for more (musical) greatness in the future. If you’r not familiar with Mason, one of their biggest hits (to date) is Exceeder. And if that still doesn’t ring a bell, you surely will know the remix/mashup with Princess, Mason vs. Princess Superstar – Perfect (Exceeder). This track went to #3 on the UK charts in 2007. This track did top the charts in other countries as well.

Something for the Weekend: So, uhm … what is Soundcloud?

Silly title of this post, we know. Because we assume you know what Soundcloud is or else you have been living under a rock for the past 2 years (just kidding, … don’t hate us!). But SoundCloud is a online audio platform that lets music professionals receive, send and distribute their music. Something for the Weekend: Modular Drum Module Synth.nl

Gearjunkies good friend Michel Osenbruggen, maybe better known as Synth.nl, is one of those person we can truly call a natural ‘Gearjunkie’. He has a large, extensive collection of synthesizers. From way (… way!) back to the modern classics! One of his latest projects was the built of a drum module based on the schematics from the ‘Electronic Drum Cookbook‘ by Thomas Henry. The video below shows us the results.
