MOTU introduces the 828mk3 Firewire Audio Interface
MOTU has introduced the 828mk3, a cross-platform FireWire audio interface with on-board effects and mixing. New features include a 32-bit floating point DSP for digital mixing and effects processing, more I/O, 192 kHz operation, true hi-Z guitar inputs, signal overload protection, digitally controlled analog input trims on all inputs, two banks of ADAT/TOSLink optical, MIDI I/O and much more.
Flux updates all plugins to version 1.3.
Every Flux plug-in now features an Automation button managing the A/B Morphing slider. When engaged , only the Morphing slider is used to control the host automation in read and write modes. No other plug-in parameter is managed by the host automation.

Strum Acoustic GS-1 is an acoustic guitar software synthesizer based on the latest AAS physical modeling technology. Strum provides an impressive collection of steel and nylon acoustic guitars and includes elaborate voicing and strumming modules for the realistic reproduction of a guitarist’s playing techniques. Chords played on the keyboard are automatically voiced for the guitar while strumming and picking actions are reproduced by an auto-strum function, special strumming keys, or MIDI loops.
