These speakers aint for walking! – Sneaker Speakers!
Intercity recently commissioned sneaker customiser Alex Nash (aka NashMoney) to create a piece of artwork as part of the Inspired Ingenuity project. To help promote the competition, Intercity commissioned three artists to create a piece of work that takes the everyday and turns it into something special – and as we see sneaker customisation as its own form of Inspired Ingenuity, Nash was an obvious choice as one of those artists.

HG Fortune AvatarST – Gearjunkies Review
HG Fortune, being somewhat of an alternative instrument plug-in designer, created something which is hard to describe. It made me think in lines of the Korg Wavestation or NI Absynth but at a more low-level way of usage and programming. Very much suited for drones, pads and soundscapes.
When analog gear meets design…
Allen Farmelo, NYC based recording engineer, mixer and producer, needed a console for his Farm studio room and turned to Brooklyn-based designer Francois Chambard, head of the design firm UM Project. They designed a console that combines the size and functionality of an SSL AWS 900, the vibe of a Quad Eight, but loaded with API gear.
de la Mancha releases Ditto Delay FX plugin
Ditto is a creative delay effect, using randomised tempo-sync modulation to provide a constantly changing but musical delay effect. You can randomise the delay time, feedback and filter cut-off, with independent left and right channel modulation if you wish. Reverse delay can also be randomly set to change things up even more.

Silly title of this post, we know. Because we assume you know what Soundcloud is or else you have been living under a rock for the past 2 years (just kidding, … don’t hate us!). But SoundCloud is a online audio platform that lets music professionals receive, send and distribute their music. Primarily SoundCloud provides an efficient and simple way for music professionals to exchange music they are working on in private settings allowing for easy collaboration and communication prior to a public release.
