djDecks v1.00 released

djDecks v1.00 released

djDecks has finally reached v1.00. This release is based on the djDecks DX version that has been in beta for quite a while now, so this means that it will also play video and karaoke, allow video effects, text overlays and picture slide shows. Besides that, the browser, playlist, autoplay and search features have been improved, the audio engine is more flexible (allowing you to mix multiple asio/directsound/wasapi devices) and controller support has been improved too (besides midi, HID and OSC are now also supported).

djDecks version 0.94 released

This update of djDecks brings support for the EKS Otus and the Stanton SCS.3d DaScratch. It also introduces a new tag database, which improves browsing speed and allows for dynamic playlists (based on queries) to be created. As always there have also been various other fixes and improvements.

djDecks v0.80 released

This new release again fixes various bugs, improves performance and adds some new features such as using multiple midi controllers, using more than one soundcard for additional vinyl control inputs and a sampler. The improvements include search while typing in the song database, bcd2000 and dj console improvements, better unicode support and additional midi bindings.

djDecks v0.76 released

This new version adds more features for the BCD2000 controller and improves support for the Hercules DJ Console, EKS XP10 and DMC1/DAC2 controller. The Vinyl Control algorithms have also been updated for a more stable pitch and lower pitch drifting. Picture browsing support has also been extended. It is now also possible to browse your files by pictures, and both the file and directory browser can show the pictures in 2 columns.

djDecks version 0.74 has been released. This version adds full support for the Behringer BCD-2000 controller plus improvements in the automatic mixing mode, sound quality, better VST effect support and better vinyl control pitch stability.

djDecks is a computer mixing program for both beginning and professional djs. Mix your mp3, ogg, wma and wav files easily on any configuration. It took a bit longer than expected, but it’s finally here. This version adds initial support for the EKS XP10 controller, adds new looping functionality (halve/double loop length, move loops) and works perfectly with MsPinky timecoded records again. The tag cache system has also been improved making browsing faster. Various bugs have been fixed, and some performance improvements have been made for ASIO modes.

djDecks v0.66 released

This new version again brings a lot of improvements and new features. The vinyl control has been extended with VirtualDJ and SSL records, pitch and synchronization are more stable for all supported records (FinalScratch, VDJ, SSL and MsPinky) FinalScratch, VDJ and SSL can now also be used withouth phono pre-amps by using the new callibration feature. Other improvements include reading of wma tag, improved column mode for the playlist and library, autoscroll option for tag fields, and various bug fixes.
