Electro-Harmonix introduce East River Drive pedal
Expanding its range of overdrive, fuzz and distortion pedals that began with the iconic LPB-1 Linear Power Booster and Big Muff Pi, Electro-Harmonix now introduces its first pedal designed around a JRC4558 integrated circuit: the East River Drive. Those in the know about New York City and the NYC-based EHX will recognize that the pedal was named after the river which separates the boroughs of Manhattan and Queens and the eponymously named “Drive” that enables New Yorkers to motor along it.

Pioneer upgrade with DDJ-WeGo 2 controller
Within a year of the release of the predecessor, Pioneer have announced the DDJ-WeGo 2 dj controller. With minor technical changes, there is one big design change. The controller now has a big handle on the top to carry the controller around more easily. This handle also works as a stand for you iPad tablet. The DDJ-WeGo 2 will be available in three colors, red, black and white.
AAX Native 64-bit support for Mathew Lane DrMS spatial processor
The Mathew Lane DrMS spatial processor plugin is now available as AAX Native 64 plugin for Avid ProTools 11, for Mac and PC. DrMS is a unique spatial processor, available as AAX/RTAS/AU/VST plugin, with a wide range of applications for mixing, mastering and post production – going from simple MS (Mid-Side) encoding/decoding, over stereo field width and depth enhancement, to fixing mono compatibility issues and more.
McDSP introduces the AE400 V5 Active EQ Plugin
The McDSP AE400 is made up of four bands of fixed and active equalization. Each band is completely overlapping with all other bands and has its own Q (bandwidth), fixed gain, and active gain controls. A key filter for each band allows the active gain response to be as selective or broad as needed, based on the Q (bandwidth) control. Each band can use the input signal or selected side chain signal to trigger the active EQ response.
Softube Spring Reverb now availbale as Reason Rack Extension
