Moog introduces editor-librarian software for the Minimoog Voyager
Moog Music announces a new way to store, organize, compile and create Voyager presets — the Minimoog Voyager Editor-Librarian Software. This amazing new software includes all the functions contained in a Voyager preset on one screen. The Editor’s multi-functional easy-to-use interfaces allow users to create and interact with their Voyager like never before.
Designed to be the ultimate tool for managing and creating presets for the Minimoog Voyager, functions include: high resolution controls for creating precise adjustments to your presets, a radical GENETICS function for mutation and morphing of presets, and the LIBRARIAN function which allows the storing of a virtually unlimited number of presets, in user defined categories. Sonalksis releases multi-band dynamics plug-ins
Sonalksis released CQ1 Multi-Band Compander and DQ1 Dynamic Equaliser for Mac OS X in both VST and AudioUnits formats. The CQ1 is a multi-band frequency-selective dynamics processor, allowing independent compression or expansion of four freely adjustable filter bands. The DQ1 dynamic-equaliser is an extremely versatile processing tool that can be used for precision sculpting, creative moulding, ambient enhancement or restoration.

Ableton released new update for Live
Ableton just released the latest bug fix update Live 4.0.4. To get this version please go to the download section of their website: www.ableton.com/downloads or use the “Check for Updates” function within Live’s help menu.
You DO NOT need to uninstall a previous Live version to install Live 4.0.4. You can install the new version in parallel. Rather the opposite Ableton recommends to keep the existing Live version until you have checked out Live 4.0.4.

Tascam updates the FW-1884 to 1.30
There is new firmware and drivers are available for the DAW Controller FW-1884. Most significantly, this new version adds two virtual MIDI ports for control of software synths and plugins.
