LiveSlice 1.2 released

Princeton Digital have announced a VST implementation of its Plate 2016 reverb. The Plate 2016 is a recreation of the Eventide SP2016 Plate Reverb. Plate 2016 has been available for Pro Tools and become a favorite production tool for sculpting drum and guitar sounds.

AudioRealism announces BassLine PRO
The Pro version is intended to take what ABL is good at and extend on that to reach new sonic possibilities but with the same feeling. Extended range on oscillators and filters (which now goes up to self oscillation). Audio rate modulation is possible on the excellent filter and oscillators which can be swept from bass up to treble ceiling while retaining low aliasing and without any other digital artifacts. The slave (audio) oscillators can be tuned +/- 48 semitones with 1 cents accuracy from master oscillator. This range aids in making sweeps that feel unconfined and lets your music breath. The modulation generator can be used as a third oscillator while routed to multiple destinations. A stereo delay unit with modulatable delay times will aid you in making interesting and atmospheric sounds.

TC Electronic today announced two new PowerCore plug-ins with an innovative approach to the user interface. Fabrik R (reverb) and Fabrik C (channel EQ, de-esser, 3-band/full band compressor) both feature MINT, Meta Intuitive Navigation Technology, a design and programming philosophy that transcends traditional UI thinking.
Korg announces OASYS update
Korg has announced OASYS software version 1.10, which includes the first OASYS Expansion Instrument (EXi) update, the STR-1 Plucked String. The STR-1 represents an advancement in physical modeling, building on over a decade of Korgs research with new innovations exclusive to OASYS. This new OS also adds support for up to 2 GB of memory, as well as some new enhancements to the OASYS voice architecture.
Moog introduces new clothing and accessories
Introducing a look as hip as their sound, Moog Music recently announced a new clothing line that will be sold directly from their Web site. The first introductions to this line of clothing include a Moog track suite, a hip new hoody, as well as assorted accessories. Additional items will be added throughout the coming year.
