Ueberschall ships Liquid Instruments The Voice volume 1
Ueberschall announces the availability of “The Voice Vol.1” for Mac and PC in October 2006. The Voice Vol. 1 features 300 verbal vocal phrases between 2 and 8 bars focused mainly on pop, dance and RnB productions. All vocal phrases can be combined with each other. Every vocal phrase is dubbed eight times by two (male and female) singers. That makes a total of eight different tracks per vocal phrase for absolutely realistic sounding choirs.

Apple releases Logic Pro Update 7.2.3
Logic Pro 7.2.3 addresses performance issues when Logic Pro 7 is used on Mac Pro and G5 Quad computers. Logic Pro 7.2.3 is recommended for all Mac Pro and G5 Quad users. An existing Logic Pro 7.2.1 or Logic Pro 7.2.2 installation is required for this update.
Note: Logic Pro 7.2.3 is optimized for PowerPC G4, G5 and Intel based Macs with up to 2 dual core processors.
Rob Papen synthesizer BLUE goes RTAS
The Rob Papen BLUE goes RTAS with the release of the 1.6 update. It is a free update with a native RTAS version for Mac. As of today, the dutch internetforum DJ2DJ.nl will be managed by Gearjunkies. Together with Gearjunkies, DJ2DJ.nl has decided to pass on the forum to Gearjunkies.
