When thinking of the ‘Digital DJ‘ you quickly think of the DJ with a two or fourdeck controller witrh your typical Traktor or Serato software, probably. You would almost forget about products like the Novation Dicer. A small little device that integrates the ‘analogue’ with the ‘digital’. Even in this ‘digital dj era’ where innovations follow eachother by month almost, devices like the Dicer are still valid and used by many DJ’s. DJ Miaer shows that to us with a cool video showing off his DJ skills and using the Novation Dicers.

Tekit Audio updates APC punk console plug-in to v1.4
Tek’it Audio has announced the release of APC punk console synthesizer version 1.4. APC is a square wave synthesizer that creates “low-fi” sound, re-creation of a popular DIY circuit the Atari Punk Console. This update come with improved filters, a new user mod, 4 new presets and many other improvements.

We give us our take on the coolest gear that was introduced at MusikMesse in our gear categories. We didn’t know what to expect in these crisis years, but making music is of all times, and we were met with quite some cool surprises!
